The table below shows the standard game port signals and their pin assignments. Joystick cables terminate in a male DB15 that mates with the female DB15 game port connector found on a game cards or multi I/O cards.

   * On sound cards with a combination joystick/MIDI connector, pin
   12 is MIDI Out and pin 15 is MIDI In.
