Lucid Technologies is a verified PayPal vendor. You can use PayPal to charge your purchase or bill items directly to your bank account. Click on the icon to the right for details on how to use PayPal for your Lucid Technologies purchase.

PAYMENT:

Make payment to Lucid Technologies in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, or by international postal money order in U.S. dollars.

SOFTWARE UPDATES:

Software updates are normally provided free of charge via email.

DOCUMENTATION:

Documentation is provided as PDF files and is normally delivered via email.

MEDIA

If email delivery is not possible, software or documentation may be delivered via CD or 3.5 inch diskette. Media will be compatible with the Windows operating system. There is a $1 media charge in addition to normal shipping charges.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Kits are warranted only for defects in parts and only before assembly begins.
Assembled & tested units are warranted for defects in parts and workmanship for 45 days from the date of purchase. Lucid Technologies assumes no responsibility for damage caused by misuse, careless handling, or where repairs or alterations have been made by others.

RETURN POLICY:

Kits and assembled & tested units may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. Send the item, transportation paid, to Lucid Technologies. All returns are subject to a $3 processing charge.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.)

CARRIERS:

For small domestic shipments our preferred method is U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. In spite of recent postal increases, Priority Mail remains less expensive than UPS.

SHIPPING CHARGE:

Via Priority Mail - for orders less than $200 add $7.90, no charge for orders over $200.

Other carriers - shipping at your expense.

TAXES:

Maryland residents add 6% sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CUSTOMS:

The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties.

CARRIER:

All orders will be sent via postal airmail unless the customer provides his own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account.

Email Lucid for the approximate shipping weight then check the international
postal rate calculator by clicking on the link to the right.

3. Enter the weight.
4. Select one of the following:
   1. Global Priority Mail - variable weight
   2. Airmail parcel post
   3. Surface parcel post
5. Select other options as desired:
   • Insurance
   • Return receipt
6. Add the total shipping cost to the merchandise cost.
7. Send an email to Lucid explaining your shipping choices.
